Photographs Supplied by the Client
The client supplies any photographs that will be used as reference material for the artwork and design and authorizes anna D’INTINO Studios LLC all rights to the photography sent. The client is responsible to obtain permission from the photographer, if the client is not the photographer, so that anna D'INTINO Studios LLC can use the photograph(s) when creating design and artwork on canvas.
By submitting photographs to anna D'INTINO Studios LLC, you grant anna D'INTINO Studios LLC permission to use any original photos or artwork in company marketing materials. If you’d rather we didn’t use your photos or artwork in our marketing materials or on our website, please email us, and let us know at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
How Photograph(s) are Supplied
The photograph(s) can be uploaded, sent to the artist as attachments in an email or by regular US mail. All reference materials received, that are not in electronic or digital form, will be shipped back to the client with the finished artwork. However, anna D’INTINO Studios LLC cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of those items being returned during shipment.
Copyright Use of Artwork
It is standard procedure for copyright to remain with the artist. anna D’INTINO Studios LLC holds the full and complete copyright and reproduction right to copy, exhibit, publish, display, or distribute copies of the artwork.
Any changes to the artwork are always free before approval and production. Changes initiated by the client after approval and before production, may be subject to additional charges and may lengthen the timeline.
If at any time before approval and production, the client decides that he/she is not happy with the design, he/she may request changes/revisions at no additional cost. If the client is not happy with the design after revisions have been made then he/she may request a full refund. After the client has approved the proof and production has begun, no refund can be made. Because of the nature of any custom artwork, after you have approved the proof and/or you have received your artwork, it is not returnable, and no refund can be made.
Damages in Shipment
Sometimes, even though we do our best to securely package your artwork, damage in shipping occurs. If that should happen, call us right away and send us pictures of the damage. In most cases, we will just re-print your artwork and ship it out to you as soon as we can!
The timeline for artwork completion can vary greatly depending on several factors, such as the size and number of subjects in the artwork, the number of changes requested by the client, etc. Most artwork is completed and delivered within 4-6 weeks from receiving all client supplied reference materials.
Artwork is paid in full at time of order. Payment can be made online with a credit card via Pay Pal, or through the mail by check or money order. (Checks can take up to 14 days to clear).
